We love this part. This is where we get to know you, your brand and its audience. Our goal is to get to know your brand as well as you do. We find the best way to do this is to gather up all the key stakeholders in the same room and chat (or meet over zoom in these, ahem, unprecedented times). It’s much more than just a simple chat though. We work through various exercises we’ve created and refined over the years to help us get to and understand the essence of your brand. We also ask a lot of questions. A lot.
Step 2: playing with pillars
