The Power of Micro-Moments in Marketing
In today’s fast-paced digital world, capturing and maintaining the attention of consumers is more challenging than ever. Traditional advertising methods often fall…
For over 20 years, we’ve been helping businesses navigate step changes – from revitalising brands or products that have lost relevancy to launching new ones.
In the fast-paced world of digital marketing, cutting through the noise is essential. The right social media strategy can transform brands and drive results.
Social media is now a key tool for businesses to engage with their audience, build brand loyalty, and drive sales.
Nielsen’s recent report shows social media spending delivers an ROI 36% higher than the average across all media.
Additionally, 75% of consumers exposed to social media ads are more likely to purchase, use, or consider the brand, highlighting the impact of targeted advertising.
While organic reach on platforms has dipped, it`s not dead. In 2024, Facebook’s organic reach improved from 4.32% to 5.90%, despite Instagram`s decline to 7.60% from 9.34%. Engaging content still gets noticed.
The key? Providing real value.
Consumers gravitate towards content that is informative, entertaining, and relevant. Creativity is crucial, even with a limited budget. Effective, low-cost marketing tactics and integrated campaigns create a robust strategy, reaching a broader audience and fostering deeper connections.
Brands focusing on active platforms and meaningful engagement see better results. Leveraging creativity, data-driven insights, and strategic planning, brands can create content that resonates and drives engagement.
Social media offers a unique opportunity to tell a long-tail story that connects with consumers, fostering community and trust that is essential for long-term success.

At Sphere, our core values are more than just words; they are the foundation of everything we do. 🏗
But how often do we pause to review and reflect on these values to ensure they truly guide our actions and decisions?
At The Sphere Agency, we aim to uphold our values every day and periodically review them to ensure we remain true to them. If we find we`ve strayed too far, we analyse why.
Recently, we took a hard look at our own values and realised we weren`t aligned with them anymore. So, we made the bold decision to change them.
When our values no longer reflect our desired direction, we bring the entire team together to redefine what links our staff to our service at the highest level. Values can be aspirational, guiding us towards where we want to go.
In an increasingly challenging environment, we sometimes find ourselves misaligned with our values. When this happens, we adapt and evolve them to stay on course.
“Before joining any company, I always prioritise looking at their values. When I reviewed The Sphere Agency, their emphasis on being Fast and Smart, Dedicated, Community-focused, and Forward Thinkers stood out. These values mirrored my own aspirations and goals. It`s rare to find a company that truly aligns with who you are and where you want to go.” – Harry Wilson-Robson, AM.
Consistently evaluating and holding ourselves accountable to our values is essential for maintaining a thriving company culture and achieving long-term success. It`s not just about setting high standards but also about making sure we, our team, and all partners, live up to them every day.
Regularly reviewing our values helps us:
• Align our actions with our principles.
• Foster a cohesive and motivated team.
• Adapt to new challenges while staying true to our mission.
• Ensure we deliver exceptional results for our clients.
By holding ourselves accountable, we can continue to grow, innovate, and lead with integrity.
How often does your team review and reflect on its core values?

2009 was a big year Sphere. Working alongside the National PR Manager of Nando’s, Jacinta Chapman (now our Managing Partner!), we helped make Nando’s worldwide news, earning over $8 million in global publicity within 48 hours. To make it all happen, we just needed a limousine, 50 litres of hot sauce, models, and a Bruno impersonator – it hopefully make sense if you watch the video!

It was the year 2000. We’d partied like it was 1999, survived Y2K, and were now ready to conquer a new millennium.
The new millennium also meant a new office for Sphere. In 2000, we headed to new headquarters at Bromham Place in Richmond.
Plus, the year also saw Sphere get a taste for Nando’s – doing our first work for the brand - and Michael even became a Nando’s franchisee!
